Celebrity Wedding Planner Offers Insight, Inspiration, and Invaluable Information for Establishing Lasting and Profitable Relationships with Wedding Planners

New York – February 14, 2018 – The success of any wedding photographer begins with relationships and none are more important than those developed with successful wedding planners. Most wedding photographers are not hired by their clients. They’re hired by wedding planners or recommended to their clients. So where do you begin searching for the right wedding planner and how do you get yourself, and your work, in front of these people? Renowned celebrity wedding planner, Lisa Vorce, will offer insight and answers to these and other questions during her keynote presentation, “Getting the Shot! Success Strategies for Working & Thriving with Top Wedding Planners, at the annual Wedding & Portrait Photography International’s (WPPI) Conference + Expo on Tuesday, February 27 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. Elizabeth Messina, internationally-renowned photographer and author, will introduce the evening’s keynote presenter.

The format of this year’s keynote is a departure from WPPI presentations, which are typically given by photographers who share their successful insights. Photography is an art but it is also a business. This year, attendees will gain unique insight about the “business of relationships” and how developing partnerships with wedding planners is the key to a thriving photography business.

Lisa Vorce has been entrusted with the planning of weddings for numerous celebrities including John Legend and Chrissy Teigen, and most recently Kate Upton and Justin Verlander. During her keynote presentation, Ms. Vorce will share her insights into the skills and strategies required to get a shot at working with the best planners in the industry. Attendees will learn the dos and don’ts for developing these relationships and its critical importance for growing and maintaining a thriving wedding photography business.
